Phase 1

Discovery
At this stage, we’re likely strangers. We recognize that we know very little about each other — and even less about how we might help. That’s why active listening and intentional questions are essential as we determine how, or if, we move forward together.
In that first call — or the first few interactions — our goal is simple: to build a relationship and exchange insights that are mutually valuable. The conversation can be as serious or as light as it needs to be.
Phase 2

Interview / Engagement
By this stage, we know each other professionally — and maybe even personally. We’ve developed a clear understanding of what you want, what resonates with you, and what you're passionate about. Now, we move into action.
This phase includes candidate submissions, interviews, debriefs, strategy check-ins, and ongoing updates. Taltier remains fully engaged throughout — actively supporting both sides to ensure alignment, momentum, and a positive experience from start to finish.
Phase 3

Alignment & Transition
Here’s the fun part — yes, the fun part. If we’ve made it this far, we’re fully aligned and committed to the next steps. This is where intentionality and momentum matter most.
This phase includes contract review, compensation and offer negotiation, and final decision-making. It may also involve exit strategy conversations, resignation planning, and preparing for a smooth transition.
